A limited number of rooms have been held at the conference rate of £165.00 per night. Rooms are issued on a first-come/first-served basis. The rate will be honored until March 20, 2012, or until the rooms are sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on space and rate availability.

Please note our conference cancellation policy: Refunds will only be given through March 20. Paid cancellations thru March 20 will incur a $300 processing fee. Cancellations after March 20 will only be allowed a replacement attendee. No other credit, transfer, or refund will be offered.
